Hoisin Chicken Breasts Supreme
- 1/2 c Hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Rice wine or Sake
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Minced garlic
- 2 1/2 lbs Chicken breast, skinless and boneless
Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add the chicken and toss lightly to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for several hours in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange the chicken in a baking pan lined with aluminum foil. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until done.
Transfer to a platter and serve whole or cut into strips.
